EXTENSION OF ONLINE APPLICATION FOR EXPATRIATES UNDER PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES VIA ESD PORTAL

ENHANCEMENT OF PROJECTION REQUIREMENT FOR EXPATRIATE MANAGEMENT ON ESD ONLINE PLATFORM

Effective 1 April 2023, please be informed that the process for projection requests will be simplified and be instantly successful. The company is still required to apply for a projection on expatriates for the current year. The projection is based on the number of expatriates that has been identified, including existing expatriates for renewals and new hires.

UPDATED: EXTENSION eVISA FACILITY APPLICATIONS FROM SINGAPORE

By referring to our earlier announcement about the implementation of eVisa dated 10 January 2022, the use of the MYVisa system (eVISA) has been extended to all the respective nationalities that required Visas and made compulsory by the Immigration Department of Malaysia and is now available to be accessed in Singapore.

EXPANSION OF EMPLOYMENT PASS CATEGORY III (EPIII) AND PROFESSIONAL VISIT PASS (PVP) ENDORSEMENT AT ESD SATELLITE CENTRE (ESC), KUALA LUMPUR INTERNATIONAL AIPORT 1 (KLIA1)

Please be informed that effective 20 February 2023, endorsement at ESD Satellite Centre (ESC), KLIA1 has been extended to all NEW applications of Employment Pass Category lll (EP lll) and Professional Visit Pass (PVP). It is made compulsory for expatriates who are entering via Kuala Lumpur International Airport 1 (KLIA1) by the Immigration Department of Malaysia.
