As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the efficiency of applications for the Jabatan Tenaga Kerja Semenanjung Malaysia (JTKSM) Approval Letter under Section 60K of the Employment Act 1955, organisations are required to ensure that the relevant details of all listed authorised personnel in the organisation are complete and up to date in the ESD Online.

Effective 7 September 2026, organisations with incomplete information will be required to update and complete the necessary details in the ESD Online to facilitate accurate data integration and ensure a smooth application process.

Steps to Update the Information

1. Log in to ESD Online.
2. An automatic pop-up notification will appear on the homepage if there is any missing information for the listed authorised personnel in the organisation:

Company	Director(s) Shareholder(s) Company Secretary Contact Information	Nationality Telephone (Fixed Line) – enter a valid telephone number in the correct format. (e.g. +60123456789) Telephone (Mobile) – enter a valid mobile number in the correct format. (e.g. +60123456789) Email Address – enter a valid email address in the correct format (e.g. xxx@xxx.com) without any blank spaces.
Firm	Partner(s) Contact Information
Society	Sponsor Committee Contact Information

 

1. If no pop-up notification appears, this indicates that no further action is required as all required information has been completed.

1. Click “Save” to submit the updated information.

Important

• Please ensure that all information provided is valid, accurate, and complete. Entries such as “N/A”, “NA”, “Not Available”, or any other placeholder information are not permitted.
• The pop-up notification will continue to appear each time the user logs in to ESD Online until all required information for the Director(s) and Company Secretary has been completed.
• Failure to complete the required information may affect data integration and the processing of future applications for the JTKSM Approval Letter under Section 60K of the Employment Act 1955.
