With reference to the Press Release issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA) on 14 January 2026, we wish to inform that a revised expatriate salary policy will be implemented effective 1 June 2026, following the Cabinet's approval on 17 October 2025.
We are pleased to inform you that the Malaysia Expatriate Services Centre (MYXpats) will be organising a series of Open Day sessions throughout 2026.
Please be informed that starting from 15 December 2025 onwards, companies that are registered on the Expatriate Services Division (ESD) online portal may apply for the Projection of Expatriates for Employment Pass (EP) and Professional Visit Pass (PVP) for the Year 2026.
