Please be informed that from 7 October 2022 onwards, companies registered on the Expatriate Services Division (ESD) online portal may apply for projection of expatriates for Employment Pass (EP) and Professional Visit Pass (PVP) for the Year 2023.

To apply for the projection, please refer to the following steps:

  1.Log in to your ESD account and click "Applications"

  2.Click "Projection" (located in the "Setting" tab on the left column of the screen)

  3.Select "Projection Year"

  4.Request "New Projection"

IMPORTANT:

  1.Please update the latest e-SSM before the submission of the projection request;

  2.During submission, the company is required to provide justification for hiring expatriates,    along with supporting documents (if any);

  3.Please ensure to fill out all the information required e.g Total number of local staff, foreign    staff; and

  4.Please choose the correct Projection Year i.e 2023 and Position Group (Top Management,    Middle Management, Technical Expert and Entry Level).

All unutilised projections approved for the Year 2022 WILL NOT be carried forward to the Year 2023.

Projection request will be processed within 5 to 10 working days upon complete submission of application and documents. As such, we strongly advise companies to plan and apply ahead of time to avoid any unnecessary delays.
