Following from the announcement made on 4 July 2024, we are pleased to update that the online Sub-Product services re-deployment will be rolled out in phases, beginning with the Transfer of Endorsement (ToE) / Take-up Balance (TuB).

The application for ToE/TuB service is now available via ESD Online system through the Sub-Product menu.
