JTKSM APPROVAL LETTER APPLICATION & MYFUTUREJOBS ADVERTISEMENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT VIA XPATS GATEWAY

Dear Valued Clients,
We are pleased to announce that effective 1 July 2025, the Xpats Gateway has been enhanced into a comprehensive end-to-end single window platform for expatriate hiring. Companies can now manage the following prerequisite requirements for new Employment Pass (EP) and Professional Visit Pass (PVP) applications directly through the Xpats Gateway platform:
- Submission of Prior Approval application to the Department of Labour Peninsular Malaysia (JTKSM) under Section 60K of the Employment Act 1955 (Act 265)
- Entry and acknowledgement of MYFutureJobs advertisement details under the Social Security Organisation (PERKESO)
