NEW UPDATE: MYHELP ONLINE APPOINTMENT OPERATION HOUR FOR COUNTER TRANSACTIONS IN ESD AND RP-T SYSTEM

Dear Valued Clients,

We refer to the latest announcement made by Malaysia's Prime Minister on 1 May 2020 which allows most of the industry and business activities to operate by adhering to the strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in place to protect us from the COVID-19 virus.

In order to observe the social distancing and to discourage crowds at Immigration office and MYXpats Centre, company and Residence Pass - Talent (RP-T) holders are required to apply for MyHelp Online Appointment before proceeding with any passport/payment submissions and endorsement processes at the Expatriate Services Division (ESD), Immigration office at Putrajaya OR MYXpats Centre. Strictly no walk-in is allowed, and no one will be allowed to enter without a confirmed appointment made via the system.

The operation schedule will be as below:

a) ESD, Immigration Office at Putrajaya:

Operation hours:
8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday
1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday (CLOSED)
12:15 p.m. - 2:45 p.m., Fridays (CLOSED)

b) MYXpats Centre, Surian Tower, Mutiara Damansara:

Operation hours:
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday
1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday (CLOSED)
12:15 p.m. - 2:45 p.m., Fridays (CLOSED)


Company and RP-T holders will be able to apply for MyHelp Online Appointment through the system on the following website:

a) Registered company in ESD Online via esd.imi.gov.my
b) Residence Pass-Talent (RP-T) via rpt.talentcorp.com.my

Kindly take note that the above transactions made via Sistem Temujanji Online (STO) is only available at the Expatriate Services Division (ESD), Immigration Putrajaya.
