COMPANIES IN ISKANDAR MALAYSIA TO INITIATE EMPLOYMENT PASS APPLICATIONS VIA XPATS GATEWAY

Greetings from MYXpats Centre!


Dear Valued Clients,

We are pleased to announce that effective 25 July 2024, all companies operating in Iskandar Malaysia that require Supporting Letters from Approving Agencies/Regulatory Bodies to apply for new and renewal Employment Pass (EP) must submit their applications through the Xpats Gateway platform at https://xpatsgateway.com.my/. To check if your company is within Iskandar Malaysia, you may key in the postcode of your companys address here.


To apply for a Supporting Letter, please follow the following steps:

    a) Visit Xpats Gateway > Company Login > Choose IRDA logo

    b) Log in using the XPATNOVA user ID and password

    c) Select the required Supporting Agency and create an EP application draft

    d) Submit and wait for Supporting Letter approval

Once approved, the application will be automatically routed to the XPATNOVA system, allowing the company to proceed with applying for EP approval from IRDA through the XPATNOVA platform.
