SYSTEM DISRUPTION & TEMPORARY ROLLBACK OF ONLINE SUB-PRODUCT TRANSACTIONS VIA ESD ONLINE.

Dear Valued Clients,

Greetings from MYXpats Centre.

We regret to inform you of a temporary disruption to the ESD Online system that began at 8:00 AM on 2 July 2024. Our technical team is diligently working to resolve this issue.

As a result, a temporary rollback of the online Sub-Product services is currently in effect to monitor the system's stability.

The online Sub-Product services affected by this temporary rollback are as follows:

  1. Transfer of Endorsement (ToE) / Take-up Balance (TuB)
  2. Amendment of Approved Application
  3. Shorten of Pass
  4. Cancellation of Application
  5. Permission to Work at a Second Location
  6. Permission to Study

We anticipate that these online features will be available for public use by 2 August 2024. We will keep you informed on the progress and provide updates as necessary.

Until the online Sub-Product services are fully restored, all transactions related to those listed above will temporarily revert to manual submission at our service counters.

If you had previously paid for ToE/TuB submissions and were denied online processing due to the system disruption, please contact us at 03-7839 7171 or email us at helpdesk@myxpats.com.my to inquire about the refund process.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding during this period.
