INTRODUCING NEW ESD ONLINE FEATURES IN FACILITATING EXPATRIATE PASS PROCESSING, EFFECTIVE 1 JULY 2024

Dear Valued Clients,

We are pleased to announce the implementation of new online applications for sub-product services to better facilitate and meet employers needs for their expatriates. The deployment of these new features will take effect from 1 July 2024 which includes:

  • a. Amendment of Approved Application
  • b. Shorten of Pass
  • c. Cancellation of Application
  • d. Transfer of Endorsement (ToE) / Take-up Balance (TuB)
  • e. Permission to Study
  • f. Permission to Work at a Second Location

This digital transformation in ESD Online system aims to enhance the expatriate pass processes for a more efficient and user-friendly experience.

With this implementation, please be informed that there will be no physical submission via MYXpats/Immigration front counters for the following sub-products, effective on 1 July 2024.

Below is a detailed breakdown of the sub-product features and their respective fees:

Amendment of Approved Application Free of Charge
Shorten of Pass

Note:

  1. The amount stated above is solely for the expatriate (and dependants) application charges and it excludes any other Immigration Fees
  2. Public Universities (UA) and Government/Ministries are exempted from any processing fee charges
