Referring to the announcement "Submission of Employment Pass Application Via Single Window - Xpats Gateway" published by the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) on 24 April 2024 through their official website, please note that effective from 24 April 2024, all registered companies under MDEC applying for new and renewal Employment Pass (EP) must submit their applications through the Xpats Gateway at https://xpatsgateway.com.my/, using the same login credentials as the MDEC Expats System.

These applications will be directed to Expats System, where the companies are required to provide all necessary information for submission. Please be informed that MDEC will continue to review these applications for approval decision.
