SUBMISSION/ENDORSEMENT:

Application Letter

MUST be signed by ENDORSER ONLY as per Letter of Undertaking (LoU) in ESD system.
*applicable for Transfer of Endorsement, Cancellation/Shorten, Special Pass, Permission To Study submission only

Authorization Letter

• i. Only names listed in the LoU are authorized
• ii. The letter MUST be signed by ENDORSER ONLY as per Letter of Undertaking (LoU) in ESD system.

In any case if the authorized person in the LoU is not available, an Employer of the Company (Malaysian ONLY) may submit an application with proof of employment, ie; EPF statement or Employee's ID.

Submission by Expatriate (Main Principal) and Third Party consultant is not allowed if the name is not listed in the LoU.

Note: Documents MUST be in accordance with the checklist issued by the Immigration Department of Malaysia. Failure to provide complete documents as per checklist will result to your application to be denied. Please refer to https://esd.imi.gov.my/portal/downloads/

COLLECTION OF PASSPORT:
Collection is ONLY ALLOWED by any of the following person (whose name is listed in the LoU):

• i. Endorser
• ii. Login & ID User
• iii.Submission Officer

Collection by Expatriate (Main Principal) is not allowed if the name is not listed in the LoU.
