Please be informed that effective 1 October 2014, all submissions for Renewal of Employment Pass can now be submitted online for companies that are successfully registered with ESD

Conditions:

1. All Renewal applications must submit latest 3 months payslip, income tax file number & e-BE latest tax filing submission
2. Please ensure before submission that the applicant has a passport validity of at least 6 months; and
3. Current Employment Pass is still valid minimum 1 month at the point of submission.
4. Dependents renewal can only be submitted where Principal applicant has been processed through ESD online system before.
