We refer to the announcement made on 6 October 2022 on projection of expatriates. Please be informed that the last date to submit projection of expatriates for the year of 2022 is 2 December 2022.

To apply for the projection, please refer to the following steps:

1. Log in to your ESD account and click "Applications"
2. Click "Projection" (located in the "Setting" tab on the left column of the screen)
3. Select "Projection Year"
4. Request "New Projection"

IMPORTANT:

1. Please update the latest e-SSM before the submission of the projection request;
2. During submission, the company is required to provide justification for hiring expatriates, along with supporting documents (if any);
3. Please ensure to fill out all the information required e.g Total number of local staff, foreign staff; and
4. Please choose the correct Projection Year i.e. 2022 and Position Group (Top Management, Middle Management, Technical Expert and Entry Level).

The projection balance for year 2022 is for application submission in 2022 while the projection balance for year 2023 is for application submission from 1 January 2023 onwards.
