We are pleased to inform you that the Malaysia Expatriate Services Centre (MYXpats) will be organising a series of Open Day sessions throughout 2026.

The MYXpats Open Day aims to keep stakeholders informed and updated on matters related to the Expatriate Services Division (ESD), including processes for the Employment Pass (EP), Professional Visit Pass (PVP), and Residence Pass-Talent (RP-T). The sessions will also include updates on the 1:3 Internship Policy, as well as address other immigration and expatriate-related issues.

These sessions will be held virtually, and we cordially invite your participation to gain clarification, guidance, and updates on related processes and applications.

Registration and Participation Guidelines

• Each company is allowed to register one (1) representative per session.
• Registration will be closed once the session reaches full capacity.
• Successful registrants will receive an email confirmation with the virtual meeting link.
• All registrations must be made via the booking form in the ESD Online system.

Please note:

Only employees of the registered company are allowed to attend. Third-party consultants or external representatives are strictly not permitted.

If you are unable to attend after registering, kindly inform us in advance via email at helpdesk@myxpats.com.my. You may nominate a colleague from the same company as a replacement.
