We are pleased to inform you that Malaysia Expatriate Services Centre (MYXpats) will be organising a series of Open Days in 2024. The MYXpats Open Day aims to keep everyone informed and updated on matters related to the Expatriate Services Division (ESD), Employment Pass (EP), Professional Visit Pass (PVP), and Residence Pass-Talent (RP-T), as well as addressing other Immigration and Expatriate related issues.

The MYXpats Open Day will take place virtually, and we cordially invite you to the session for any clarification or updates on processes and applications involving the above-mentioned matters. Those interested may submit the request by completing the form in the ESD online system.

Each session is limited to only one (1) pax per company. The registration will be closed once the session has reached its capacity, and only successful registration will receive an email confirmation with the meeting link.

Please be reminded that all bookings must be made through the booking form in the ESD online system. If you have successfully registered but are unable to attend nearer to the event, please inform us via email (helpdesk@myxpats.com.my). You may also send a colleague to replace you in your absence.

Note: Note: Please be informed that attendees are strictly for representatives who are employees of the company and NOT from an "appointed consultation firm".
