We refer to the official notice of instruction by Immigration Department of Malaysia (JIM) that the issuance of i-Kad has been CEASED effective 17 July 2019.

Therefore, issuance of i-Kad is no longer available for all eligible expatriates until further notice.

Why do I have to register via the Expatriate Services Division (ESD)?
