We refer to the official notice of instruction by Immigration Department of Malaysia (JIM) that the issuance of i-Kad has been CEASED effective 17 July 2019.

Therefore, issuance of i-Kad is no longer available for all eligible expatriates until further notice.

Does the company need to submit hardcopies of uploaded documents after the application is submitted?

The company does not need to submit hardcopies unless there is a request from MYXpats Centre to view the original documents.
