Please be advised that both Expatriate Service Division (ESD) and MYXpats Centre (MYXpats) DO NOT appoint nor authorise any third-party individuals or private agency to represent or conduct ANY operations or business dealings on behalf of ESD and MYXpats.

Please be cautious of any unauthorised third-parties claiming to represent the Immigration Department of Malaysia seeking any monetary collection outside of Immigration's Offices.

If you encounter this situation, you may lodge a report with the Immigration Enforcement Unit and Royal Malaysia Police.

Please use the "FORGOT PASSWORD" feature on the ESD website. A new password will be sent to the ESD registered email address which you have used to activate your account.
