MYXPATS CENTRE OPERATING HOURS FOR HARI RAYA AIDILFITRI 2026

Dear Valued Clients,
In conjunction with the Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebrations, please be informed that the MYXpats Centre (Surian Tower and Penang) will be closed on Monday, 23 March 2026 and will resume operations on Tuesday, 24 March 2026.
During this period, all counter services, telephone lines, and email support will be unavailable.
To facilitate smooth processing of applications and endorsements prior to the holiday closure, kindly take note of the following cut-off dates and timelines:
1. Passport Submission & Collection| Activity | Deadline |
|---|---|
| Passport Submission | Tuesday, 17 March 2026 (before 4:00 PM) |
| Passport Collection | Thursday, 19 March 2026 (before 12:00 PM) |
Passports that are not collected by the stated deadline may only be collected once operations resume on Tuesday, 24 March 2026.
2. ePASS Endorsement Payment| Payment Time | Processing Timeline |

| Payments made on or before Tuesday, 17 March 2026 (4:00 PM) | Will be processed before the Hari Raya closure |
| Payments made after Thursday, 19 March 2026 (12:00 PM) | Will be processed once operations resume on 24 March 2026 |
3. Online Application Submission
Companies and talents may continue to access the system and submit applications via the ESD and RP-T systems during the closure period.
However, applications submitted after Thursday, 19 March 2026 (4:00 PM) will only be processed once MYXpats Centre operations resume on 24 March 2026.
