TEMPORARY SERVICE DISRUPTION: MYFUTUREJOBS ACKNOWLEDGMENT LETTER EXTRACTION VIA XPATS GATEWAY & ESD ONLINE

Dear Valued Clients,
Please be informed that there will be a temporary disruption in the extraction of acknowledgment letters from MYFutureJobs through the ESD and Xpats Gateway systems, due to a scheduled MYFutureJobs system maintenance.
The maintenance is scheduled as follows:

| 21-Nov-25 | 5.00 pm - 10.30 pm |
During these periods, companies may proceed to manually upload the acknowledgment letter to the ESD and Xpats Gateway systems. Users are advised to plan their activities accordingly and inform all relevant parties who may be affected.
