Greetings from MYXpats Centre!

In line with our earlier announcement, starting from 1 July 2025, companies can now use the Xpats Gateway for the following processes:

• 1. Application for prior approval from the Department of Labour Peninsular Malaysia (JTKSM) before applying for expatriates as per the requirement stated under Section 60K of the Employment Act 1955 [Act 265]
• 2. Entry and acknowledgement of MYFutureJobs advertisement details as required by the Social Security Organisation (PERKESO)

To support this implementation, we will be hosting an end-to-end briefing session, featuring invited speakers from JTKSM and PERKESO, who will provide important updates and insights regarding the new requirements and system processes.

The session will take place virtually, free of charge, and we cordially invite you to the session for any clarification or updates on processes and applications related to the above-mentioned matters.

Please note that each session is limited to 100 participants only and registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Each company is limited to one (1) participant slot only. Successful registrations will receive an email confirmation with the meeting link.

Please be reminded that all bookings must be made through the booking form in the ESD online system. If you have successfully registered but are unable to attend nearer to the event, please inform us via email ( helpdesk@myxpats.com.my). You may also send a colleague to replace you in your absence.
