ESD & XPATS GATEWAY SYSTEM DOWNTIME NOTICE

Dear Valued Clients,
Please be informed that, as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance service delivery, there will be a scheduled system downtime to facilitate the deployment of the latest enhancements to the Expatriate Services Division (ESD) and Xpats Gateway systems.
The downtime is scheduled as follows:
Date: Saturday, 26 July 2025
Time: 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM
During this period, the ESD and Xpats Gateway systems will be temporarily unavailable. However, the public-facing portal will remain accessible. Users are advised to plan their activities accordingly and inform all relevant parties who may be affected by this downtime.
