In conjunction with the Hari Raya Aidilfitri festivities, please be informed that the MYXpats Centre (Surian Tower and Penang) will be closed from 31 March to 1 April 2025. During this period, all counter services, telephone lines, and email support will be unavailable.

Please take note of the following cut-off dates for submissions and payments:

a) Passport Submission & Collection Cut-Off Dates

• Passport Submission: Friday, 21 March 2025 (before 12:00 PM)
• Passport Collection: Friday, 28 March 2025 (before 12:15 PM) or after operations resume.

b) Payment Cut-Off Dates for ePASS Endorsement

• Payments made before 12:00 PM on Friday, 21 March 2025 - will be processed before the closure.
• Payments made after 06:00 PM on Wednesday, 26 March 2025 - will be processed after operations resume.

Please note:

• All ePASS issuance will commence once operations resume from Wednesday, 2 April 2025, followed by the i-Kad issuance thereafter.

During this period, companies and talents will still have access to the system and may submit applications online. Applications submitted via the ESD or RP-T system after 4:00 PM on Tuesday, 28 March 2025, will be processed on the next working day, Wednesday, 2 April 2025.
