We are pleased to announce that effective 18 December 2024, all registered institutes under the Islamic Education Division (IED), Ministry of Education (MOE) that require Supporting Letters from the IED must apply for the Support Letters through the Xpats Gateway at https://xpatsgateway.com.my/ before applying for new and renewal Employment Pass (EP) via ESD online.

Manual applications for Support Letters from IED will no longer be accepted, effective immediately.
