COMPLETE REDEPLOYMENT OF ONLINE SUB-PRODUCT SERVICES VIA ESD ONLINE SYSTEM

Dear Valued Clients,

We are pleased to announce the final phase of redeployment has commenced for the online Cancellation of Application. It is now available via ESD Online through the Sub-Product menu.

This marks the completion of online Sub-Product services redeployment which aims to enhance the expatriate pass processes for a more efficient and user-friendly experience. In summary, the redeployed online Sub-Product features cover the following:

  • a. Transfer of Endorsement (ToE) / Take-up Balance (TuB)
  • b. Amendment of Approved Application
  • c. Shorten of Pass
  • d. Permission to Study
  • e. Permission to Work at a Second Location
  • f. Cancellation of Application

With this implementation, please be informed that there will be no physical submission via MYXpats/Immigration front counters for the following sub-products.

Below is a detailed breakdown of the sub-product features and their respective fees:

Sub-Product Features Fee (Excluding 8% SST)
Transfer of Endorsement (ToE) / Take-up Balance (TuB) RM 150.00
Amendment of Approved Application Free of Charge
Shorten of Pass
Cancellation of Application
Permission to Study
Permission to Work at a Second Location

Note:

  1. The amount stated above is solely for the expatriate (and dependants) application charges and it excludes any other Immigration Fees
  2. Public Universities (UA) and Government/Ministries are exempted from any processing fee charges
