We are pleased to announce that the Immigration Department of Malaysia has extended the online application for expatriates under Public Universities and Government Agencies via ESD Online, effective from 15 April 2023 onwards.

Representatives from Public Universities and Government Agencies may proceed to initiate pass endorsement process with payment over the counter (cashless transactions ONLY) at Expatriate Service Division (ESD) Putrajaya, MYXpats Centre (Mutiara Damansara) or the respective State Immigration Office.
