UPDATE COMPANY INFORMATION IN ESD ONLINE

Dear Valued Clients,
Please be informed that companies registered in the ESD online are required to update their company information as well as to purchase the latest e-SSM. This exercise is to ensure that the company details are up to date and in line with the most recent business profile.
Please follow the steps below to update your company information:
i. | Log in to your ESD account and click on the "Company" tab |
ii. | Select your respective "Primary Sector / Industry" from the drop-down list |
iii. | Select your respective "Approving Agency / Regulatory Body" from the drop-down list (if applicable) |
iv. | For "Company Establishment Globally", select "YES" if your head office is located outside of Malaysia or "NO" if your head office is located in Malaysia |
v. | If you answered "YES" to item (iv), fill in the details of your overseas head office address |
vi. | Click on "CONFIRM SAVE" to keep the changes |
Note: This exercise is a ONE-TIME ONLY for companies to update on the business profile. Companies MUST complete the above by May 31, 2023.
