TOTAL LOCKDOWN (PHASE ONE) BY THE GOVERNMENT OF MALAYSIA FROM 1 JUNE TO 14 JUNE 2021

Dear Valued Clients,

We refer to the announcement made by the Prime Minister of Malaysia on 28 May 2021.

The Government of Malaysia will implement a "Total Lockdown  - Phase One"  from 1 - 14 June 2021.

All physical counter services in Expatriate Services Division (ESD) and MYXpats Centre will be temporarily CLOSED during this period, from 1 - 14 June 2021.

ESD/RP-T/REP ONLINE APPLICATIONS
All application processes will operate as usual through the online systems. However, please expect some delays with the processing charter.

APPOINTMENTS VIA MYHELP - ESD/RP-T ONLINE
For appointments made through MYHelp via ESD online that have been approved and confirmed for the period between 1-14 June 2021, you will receive a new appointment date via email notification.

APPOINTMENTS - REP ONLINE
All appointments will be held ONLINE with no physical/in-person appointments.
