Kindly be informed of the following process that takes effect from 13 January 2021 to the period when the Movement Control Order (MCO) is lifted.

For company Rollout process that are approved throughout the MCO period, please proceed with the application on-line.

Companies will need to e-mail: inspektorat.esd@imi.gov.my using their ESD registered e-mail ONLY, and attach the following documents:

1) Updated Letter of Undertaking (LoU)

2) Copy of NRIC / Passport of Director signing LoU

Any other applications related to Inspectorate Unit will be made over-the-counter with a confirmed appointment via MYHelp in the ESD system.
