Due to the current Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO), with effect from 28 October 2020 the following processes will be conducted via online until further notice:

1. Company Rollout process

2. Applications for changes of company director signatories in the Letter of Undertaking (LOU)

Therefore, companies will need to e-mail to inspektorat.esd@imi.gov.my together with all the completed documents as per the checklist at esd.imi.gov.my. Only active company e-mail addresses as registered in the ESD account will be accepted.
