We are pleased to announce that the Immigration Department of Malaysia has issued new guidelines for Expatriate / Skilled Worker / Knowledge Worker Entering Malaysia for Key Posts and Technical Posts, and for Dependents and Foreign Maids during the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO) period. The guidelines are applicable for the following:

1. Expatriate / skilled worker / knowledge worker with an active pass, who is currently abroad.
2. New expatriate / skilled worker / knowledge worker who is currently abroad.
3. Dependents, including foreign maids to the expatriate / skilled worker / knowledge worker who is currently abroad.

To obtain a Supporting Letter, please refer here for a list of Approving Agencies and Regulatory Bodies. If your company is not in any sector listed, please proceed with submission and additional supporting documents e.g Letter of Agreement, expatriate's involvement in the project/task/business.
