In reference to our announcement made on 22 October 2020, please be informed that all counter services in Expatriate Services Division (ESD) at Putrajaya and MYXpats Centre at Mutiara Damansara will be temporarily CLOSED.

For any approved and confirmed appointment via MyHelp in ESD/RPT online system from 14 October 2020 until 9 November 2020, you are required to reschedule your appointment AFTER 9 November 2020 OR once Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) is lifted.
