In reference to the Government's announcement made on 10 November 2020 and also our earlier announcement dated 2 October 2020 on the requirements to advertise vacancies on the JobsMalaysia (now MYFutureJobs) portal as a prerequisite for hiring foreign workers and expatriates, please be informed that there will be a grace period for the implementation of this policy where it will take effect on 1 January 2021.
