With regards to the announcement issued on 11 April 2019 on the implementation of a new fee structure for Employment Pass (EP) and Professional Visit Pass (PVP) effective on 1 June 2019, we would like to advise that the implementation of the new fee structure will be postponed until further notice.

In early 2018, the MYXpats Centre made the decision that it was time to revise its fee structure in light of the expansion of its responsibilities and services. Alongside the new fee structure, MYXpats Centre will introduce new and soon-to-come services and facilities to better serve businesses and the expatriate community.

The decision to postpone the implementation of the new fee structure is in line with our commitment to provide and maintain the highest standard and quality of our facilities and services, conforming with the security and safety policies of the Ministry of Home Affairs. We have rolled out part of the new features on a beta stage, and will continue to ensure that they are operating to serve our clients at a 100% capacity.
