Effective 15 January 2019, please be informed that:

1. An applicant is allowed to have a PVP with a maximum duration of 12 months only. If the company wishes to apply for an extension, company is required to apply for an Employment Pass (EP) based on the requirements for EP application.

*Note: The maximum duration for Student Under PracticalTraining is 6-month and is a non-renewable application.

2. Companies under the category of Food & Beverages/ Restaurant/ Cafe / Convention Centre are not allowed to apply for position of Student Under Practical Training and Attending Training.

Failure to comply with these requirements will result in your application(s) being rejected.
