CLOSURE OF PAYMENT COUNTERS FOR IMMIGRATION FEES ON 31 DECEMBER 2019

Payment counter for Immigration fees will be CLOSED on Tuesday, 31st December 2019. Therefore, the last day for companies to make payment through the counter will be before 4.00 pm on Monday, 30th December 2019. Other services such as inquiries and documents submission will not be affected.

30 JULY DECLARED PUBLIC HOLIDAY FOR KING'S CORONATION
17 July 2019
The Chief Secretary to the Government has announced that 30th July is an additional public holiday that was made under Section 8 of the Holidays Act 1951 for Peninsular Malaysia and Labuan. As such, Tuesday, 30 July 2019 has been declared a public holiday in conjunction with the installation ceremony of Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah as the 16th Yang di-Pertuan Agong. Hence, MYXpats Centre will be closed on Tuesday, 30 July 2019.

We wish to inform you that MYXpats Centre will be operating as usual on Tuesday, 4 June 2019. However, the Payment Counter will only be operating from 9.00am to 12.00pm. IMMIGRATION REGULATION ON PROCESSING OF PROFESSIONAL VISIT PASS (PVP) APPLICATION

An applicant is allowed to have a PVP with a maximum duration of 12 months only. If the company wishes to apply for an extension, company is required to apply for an Employment Pass (EP) based on the requirements for EP application.
