MYXPATS CENTRE HARI RAYA OPERATING HOURS

As Hari Raya Aidilfitri will fall on Sunday, 25 June 2017, we wish to inform you that MYXpats Centre will be CLOSED from Friday, 23 June at 12.00pm until Tuesday, 27 June 2017.

During this festive break closure, MYXpats Centre counter, telephone and email services will not be available to customers.

The last day to make payment and passport submission for endorsement before the Hari Raya Aidilfitri closure will be as follow:-

LAST DAY SUBMISSION

Employment Pass and Related Passes:	Monday, 19 June before 12:00 pm. All submitted passports will be returned latest by Wednesday, 21 June 2017. No submission of passports can be made after 12:00 pm Monday, 19 June 2017.
Residence Pass-Talent:	Tuesday, 13 June before 12:00 pm. All submitted passports will be returned latest by Thursday, 22 June 2017. No submission of passports can be made after 12:00 pm Tuesday, 13 June 2017 until Friday, 30 June 2017.

MYXpats Centre will resume its services on Wednesday, 28 June 2017 however there will be minimal support from Wednesday, 28 June - Friday, 30 June 2017.

ESD Online System Closure

We also wish to inform you that the Expatriate Services Division's (ESD) online system will also cease its services from Friday, 23 June to Tuesday, 27 June 2017.

During this time, companies will not able to access the system or submit any online application such as applications for Employment Pass (EP) and Professional Visit Pass (PVP). This include other expatriate related applications as well.

Similarly, users will not be able to submit online applications for company registrations via ESD.

The ESD system will be available online and resume its services on Wednesday, 28 June 2017.
