Dear Sir/Madam,

Effective 1 August 2016, please be informed that all Employment Pass Category I, II & III applications must obtain an Approval Letter before entering Malaysia for the purpose of employment. This requirement is also applicable for all resubmission of applications that has been returned to company. The Approval Letter must be produced at Malaysia's Entry Point for verification purposes.

All countries that requires visa must obtain an Approval Letter and Visa/Visa with Reference (VDR) from any Malaysian Embassies/High Commissions/Consulate General abroad.
