1. Please be informed, Expatriate Services Division (ESD) is in the process of clearing the back log for online company registration process that is pending Roll Out Session. (Only involves companies that are registered between May 2014 - December 2015). Hence, all companies are advised to do the Roll Out Session within the time frame in order to complete the company registration process.
2. Roll Out Session will be carried out as per follows;
   1. Monday to Thursday from 9.00am to 1.00pm.
   2. Friday from 8.30am to 12.30pm 
   3. Effective from 15th Mac 2016 until 15th May 2016
   4. Appointments for Roll Out session must be arranged via ESD Online.
   5. Letter of Undertaking must be signed by an appointed Director of the company and must appear in person to sign this letter in front of an Immigration Officer. For foreign origin company, representative from Malaysian based company with Power of Attorney can submit the LOU signed by the Foreign Owned Company Director (scan copy) to Inspectorate Unit ESD.

IMPORTANT: All companies that did not complete the Roll Out session on or before the Dateline (15th May 2016) may need to re-register through ESD.
