MYXPATS HELPDESK TO RESUME FULL OPERATIONS FROM 10 JUNE 2020 ONWARDS

Dear Valued Clients,

The Government of Malaysia recently announced that the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) that ends on 9 June 2020 will be replaced with the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO), effective until 31 August 2020.

Please be informed that during the RMCO, the MYXpats Helpdesk will be in full operations, and all incoming calls to MYXpats will be attended to, beginning Wednesday, 10 June 2020 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

In the meantime, MYXpats will continue to adhere to strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) based on requirements set by the Ministry of Health (MOH). MYXpats will continue to utilise the MyHelp Online Appointment module for companies and Residence Pass-Talent (RP-T) holders to apply for their respective endorsement processes, either at the Expatriate Services Division (ESD), Immigration office at Putrajaya or MYXpats Centre in Petaling Jaya.

There will be strictly no walk-in allowed, and no one will be allowed to enter without a confirmed appointment made via the online system.
