ONLINE APPOINTMENT FOR SELECTED TRANSACTIONS AT EXPATRIATE SERVICES DIVISION (ESD), IMMIGRATION PUTRAJAYA VIA SISTEM TEMUJANJI ONLINE (STO)

Dear Valued Clients,

In reference to the ESD announcement dated 3 May 2020, kindly be reminded that we continue to observe social distancing and have put in place measures to discourage crowds at the Immigration Office in Putrajaya. Walk-ins are strictly not allowed, and no one will be permitted to enter without a confirmed appointment.

For the following list, you are required to apply for your appointment via the Sistem Temujanji Online (STO) which is available at www.sto.imi.gov.my;

Below is the operation schedule:

1. Embassies
2. Public Institutions of Higher Learning (IPTA)
3. Government to Government (G2G)

Kindly take note that the above transactions are only available at the Expatriate Services Division (ESD), Immigration Putrajaya.


For other counter transactions with ESD at Immigration Putrajaya and MYXpats Centre at Surian Tower (Mutiara Damansara), you may apply for your appointment via the MyHelp Online Appointment at esd.imi.gov.my.
